The terms of sale will be cash with a 10% deposit within five (5) days after the date of acceptance of the bid, with settlement of sale within thirty days after acceptance of bid. The sale will be subject to all valid and existing conditions, easements, rights of way, roadways, reservations, graveyards, and restrictions, if any heretofore inposed upon said property by prescrpition, recorded deed or plat and which, may be disclosed by an, inspection of the premis-.. es or which may b e binding thereon.
