13-ounce package red gelatin 11/2 cup applesauce 18-ounce -package cream cheese 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup celery, sliced 1/2 cup mayonnaise Dissolve candies in hot water, add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in applesauce. Pour 1/2 of mixture into oiled mold, and chill. Blend softened cream cheese, nuts, celery and mayonnaise. Spread cheese over firm gelatin in mold. Pour remaining apple mixture on top and chill until set. Unmold to serve. 8 servings.
