PURSUANT t o Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 3, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
RZ # 94-09-01 Werner Krebser, M.D., Rt. 2. Box 101 Huntly, VA 22640, desires to re-zone a parcel of approximately 4.0 acres known as Tlint Hill Square*, Tax Map 13, Parcel 109-B, located within the village of Flint Hill, VA from “VR“, Village Residential to “VC", V illage Commercial. Re-Zoning is necessary in order to construct an addition to the existing commercial structure. Re-zoning allowed under §170-134 (B) of the Rappahannock County Code.
