Throughout the performace, Stigwood slips in and out of characters from such Dickens pieces as “A Christmas Carol” and “The Haunted Man” to dramatize the significance of Christmas to Dickens’s family life and work.
Stigwood dramatizes other Dickens characters from “Oliver Twist,” “Nicholas Nickelby,” “Dombey and Son,” “Hard Times,” and more as he tells fascinating stories about important moments in Dickens’s life.
