Members of the Board of Zoning Appeals granted a special use permit to David and Marilyn Armor of operryville for a bed and breakfast at last Wednesday’s meeting.

The Armors have two small buildings on their property near Nethers which they plan to use for overnight guests. One is a carriage house which fronts on the river. Another building has two bedrooms, bathroom and living room, and was used as a bed and breakfast in the mid 1980s.

Mrs. Armor said that she plans to deliver breakfast to her guests instead of having it served in her home. “We are not looking to expand
