Paul F. Butler, U.S.N., stationed in Norfolk spent the weekend here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Butler, who entertained family members with a luncheon on Sunday. Those enjoying the delightful meal and time of fellowship were Mr. and Mrs. Scott Keithley of New Baltimore, Mr. and Mrs. William Gibbs, Mrs. George Butler, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda and Jonathan Butler and friend and little son.
Belated wishes go out to Mr. and Mrs. Chriss Hetzer of “Our Farm” who celebrated another wedding anniversary last Monday.
Sympathy is extened to the Sarkozi family upon the passing of Mr. Ronald Sarkozi last week.

The Salem Garden Club met on Satruday at the Culpeper Baptist Church with Ferm Webster and Dolores Kritzer as hostessess. “Mad' "nn-Lovely Lady” topic of the program was presented by Judy Fray.
