Play To Be Presented

The Three Kings’ Play will be presented at 5 p.m. on Dec. 17 and 18. Tickets are available at The Country Cafe, Mountainside Market, New Leaf Books, Royal Oak Books, Culpepr Music or call Ki Theatre at 675-1615. Prices are adults, $5, children $2.50, advanced ticketing recommended.

Students Selling Trees

The Students Against Drunk Driving will be selling white pine Christmas trees for $20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 10 and 17 in front of the Rappahannock High School. For more information call Susan Fox at 987-8575.

Open House Planned

An open house will be held at The Mountain Store in Criglersville from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3. Candy Cane candles have just arrived and there will be two free votive candles given to each customer. There will also be door prizes! t

Annual Membership Meeting

The annual RAWL membership meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 6 at the Rappahannock County Library on U.S. 211 in Washington. There will be a short business meeting and election of the 1995 Board of Directors. The public is invited to attend and share in the celebration of the 1994 accomplishments. There will be special presentations and a kick off for the 1994 “Christmas for the Critters Campaign.” Light refreshments will be served.

Holiday Art Fund for Children

Young people ages 5 to 50 are invited to a tWo-hour Art Workshop making cards, wrapping paper and ornaments from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4 with Laurie Marshall. The workshop is part of Spring Mountain School’s Christmas Festival. There will be plenty of glitter, glue, rubber stamps, print materials, images and ideas. The $10 fee includes materials and is reduced to $8 for more than one child in a family. There is limited enrollment, so call Laurie at 675-3267 to register.
