Last year’s cast and crew have returned to Washington to produce the “Three Kings’ Play” this coming weekend. Performances are set for 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday (Dec. 17 and 18) at Ki Theatre at the comer of Gay and Jett streets.
The play dramatizes Chapter 2 of Matthew’s Gospel", which relates the story of wise men who follow a star to Bethlehem in Judah, ruled by King Herod from Jerusalem.
Peter Hombostel of Nethers reprises his role as the fearful King Herod, oh so carefully led astray by Joyce Abell’s sly and cunning Devil.
