Robert Flournoy of Washington was named the December “Employee of the Month” by employees of Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC). He is a second class lineman for NOVEC and has worked with the Cooperative since ‘ 1987.
Mr. Flournoy was honored for coming to the aid of a fellow eoWorker.
