concert, the Smember Bushwackers energetically preform traditional music from England, Ireland, Brittany, New Zealand, Australia and the Appalachians, plus a large dose of their own unusual and vibrant material.
Accompanying the didjeridoo are mandolin, mandola, accordion, trombone, tuba, crumhorn, percussion, sax, musical saw and an array of unusual, often hand-made, instruments, including the funky diva, the slide-o-didj and the flopophone.
Plan to bring a lawn chair or a blanket; homemade refreshments will be available during the evening prepared by Take Pounds Off Sensibly as their own fundraiser.
In bad weather, concerts will be held at the Culpeper High School auditorium.
