The object of this suit is to effect partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise, of tracts of land of which Mary J. Reager, Ora M. Reager, C.C. Reager (a/k/a/ Charles C. Reager), Henry Wilhoit Reager and Charles Thomas Reager died seized and possessed, located in Wakefield magisterial District. Rappahannock County, Virginia, and containing 1.02 acres and 1.90 acres, respectively, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
