Congratulations to Cindy Candenquist on graduating as a radiological technologist from Winchester Medical Center on July 14. She took the board registry exam on the 20th. Her husband, Art is active with the Amissville Fire and Rescue Company and the Rappahannock Fire and Rescue Association.
