Her parents were the late Lee and Sally Porter of Washington.
She was married to the late Wilbur Fletcher.
She leaves to cherish her memories, one step-child, Janie Jackson of Sperryville; one god-child, Robert Glasker of Washington; a special niece, Jacqueline Porter of Woodville; three sisters-in-law and a host of nieces, nephew's, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at the Promise Land Baptist Church. Washington on Monday, July 24.
The Rev. John R. Pendleton, pastor of Promise Land Baptist Church officiated.
Interment was in the Freeman Family Cemetery, Washington.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
