Sean Stephen Carter, 15 months, died on Monday, July 17 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
He was bom March 24, 1994, in Fairfax to Stephen Royce Carter and Elizabeth Marzolf Carter.
Besides his parents, survivors include his sister, Mendi Carter of Centreville; two aunts, Sandra Polen of Amissville and Elouise Rosser of Alexandria; two cousins, Stacy Sissler of West Virginia and Patrick Hendren of Fairfax.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 24 at the Amissville Baptist Church with the Rev. Thomas Everett officiating.
Interment was private.
Found & Sons Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
