There are many wonderful Christmas programs throughout the county this year and we encourage you to select one or more and attend.
Trinity Episcopal
On Sunday, Dec. 17 at 9:30 a.m. the Sunday School classes of Trinity Episcopal Church will present a Christmas pageant. This will be in lieu of the 9:15, 10 and 11 a.m. services at Trinity. All are welcome.

Bible Baptist
There will be a special Christmas service at Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16. Pastor Jerry Whiteheart from Kemersville, N.C. will be preaching. He will also preach for the Sunday services on Dec. 17. Gid Brown Pastor John R. Burke invites the public to attend.
Willis Chapel
United Methodist
The Willis Chapel United Methodist Church in Huntly will present the Christmas Play “The First Christmas Present Ever” at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 17.. Admission is a can of food for the needy.
Amissville United
Methodist Church
Amissville United Methodist caroling will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16. The Christmas Play will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, followed by refreshments.
Living Nativity
Living Nativity sponsored by the United Methodist Churches of Rappahannock will be this Saturday, Dec. 16, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
The annual event will be presented in the red shed at Sycamore Hill beside the library in Washington. All are welcome.
