Master Gardener Class Planned Registration for the 1995-96 Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock Master Gardener Class is currently open. Classes are underway in Madison and will conclude March 6 in Culpeper. The classes will be held on Wednesday in the local extension offices from 9 a.m. until 12 noon, !
