This course will help managers increase the level of sanitation in( their facility, while decreasing the; amount of food borne disease. The; textbook used will be Applied Food Service Sanitation (cost is included ini tuition).

After completion of the course, there is a one-hour exam. With successful completion of the course and passing the exam, students will be issued a certificate by the National Restaurant Association.

The cost of the five-week course is $92. Registration is due Dec. 29, 1995.
