The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval for special exceptions that would allow a subdivision in one case and a second house on a lot in another.
In both cases the housing density would continue to average one house per 25 acres. Also in both cases a boundary adjustment had been used to get the acreage up above 50 acres so the properties would be eligible for the special exceptions.
Donald R. Brown had applied as an agent for his sister Anne Bennett to subdivide a 51-acre parcel into two pieces one of 8.6 acres and the other of 43 acres. Mr. Brown said his father had intended to do the subdivision before his death. He said he would build a house on the smaller lot leaving his sister with the larger one.
In the other case Charles Racer had applied to put a second dwelling to be used as a tenant house on 58 acres. Mr. Racer did not appear at the Planning Commission meeting, and at first Sharon Pierce, who represents the district which
