The Smithson String Quartet returns to The Theatre at Washington, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, to give the final concert in this season’s popular Smithsonian at Little Washington series.

The Quartet is acknowledged to be one of the world’s leading quartets performing the classical and early romantic repertoire on period instruments and has toured throughout this country, Europe and Canada. It is one of the ensembles-in-residence at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.
