John Wesley Leake, 21, of Chester Gap, was indicted for five felonies: use of a firearm in an attempt to commit malicious wpunding, possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony (two charges), shooting at an occupied motor vehicle, and malicious wounding.
David Wayne Gay, 35, of Madison, Gari Allen Kelley, 31, of Amissville, and Carol Kelley McLain, 34, of Hood, Virginia, were all indicted for breaking and entering (a felony) and unlawful entry, unlawful . destruction, and petit larceny (all misdemeanors). The three co-defendants are charged with breaking into Montpelier, a house owned by James W. Fletcher, last November.
Clarence Dwayne Jones, 38, of Flint Hill was indicted for four counts y of possession of marijuana.
Roy Allen Thomas, Jr., 22, of Hume, was indicted for grand larceny. He is charged with stealing an Olympus OM-1 camera and a 80-200 lens from Andrew Pratt.
