The 13th Chapter of I Corinthians was read by the Right Hon. Lady Kendal, Baroness of Kendal, of Berkshire, England.
A reception was held at the Sheraton Inn of Fredericksburg, where the Right Hon. Lord Kendal, Baron of Kendal, cousin to the groom addressed the wedding party and guests.
Lord Kendal honored the groom by making him a feudal Knight of the Barony of Kendal, and the bride, a lady of the barony.
The bride graduated from Stafford High School, Fredericksburg in 1989 and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1993 from Longwood College in Farmville. ■ .
The bride was formerly employed as a teacher at Rappahannock County Elementary School and is currently a teacher at Francis Scott Key Middle School in Silver Spring, Md.
The groom is a 1989 graduate of Damascus High School and was graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University in 1993.
He also formerly taught at Rappahannock County elementary and is now employed as a teacher at Eastern Middle School in Silver Spring.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Charleston, South Carolina.
Mr. and Mrs. Walker, JII are currently residing in Browningsville, Maryland.
