Jason D. Carter, son of Trevor and Deborah Roe, Slate Mills residents and a 1996 graduate of Rappahannock High School has been elected as Vice President of “Pledging by Inter-Fraternity Council” at George Mason University. Jason is a sophomore at George Mason and a member of Pheta-Chi Fraternity on the Fairfax Campus.
