A plea agreement \Sras reached for Scott Herrington who was found guilty of willful damage to the jail and attempt to escape. Mr. Herrington jwas sentenced to 12 months in jail, with nine suspended, one year supervised probation after-he serves all his jail time, and to complete regular drug dnd alcohol testing during his probation.
Mr. Herrington cooperated with authorities here in determining who the other patties were in the attempted esoape and his cooperation was taken into account. ••
