RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice Is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 6, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
SE * 97-06-02 and SE *97-06-03
Application by Susan Hoffman and Michael Biniek, Belle Meade Farm Tax Map. 54, Parcel 25, to expand their existing Bed and Breakfast use to a County Inn. (from ten person occupancey to up to forty persons; ten in existing main house and 20-30 in proposed multi-purpose building and/ or in an existing Sprinahouse). Use allowed under Section 170-36D. Additional Standards in section 170-65E. Also to allow for expansion of Summer Camp to up to fifty (50) students (currently 25), to include occasional overnight camping. School Use is to Include multi-purpose Building for use by expanded summer camp operation, by Country Inn, and to house educational activities for up to 75 persons. Use allowed under Section 170-36B, Additional Standards in Section 170-63 B, C, & E. Total users of property, for all three uses, will not exceed 150 persons at one time. Property Is zoned "A" Agricultural and Is located on Rt. 23.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public Inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 17,1997, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties wishing to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, P.O. Box 519, Washington, VA 22747-022, in advance thereof.
