The Virginia Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute is pleased to announce that one of its members, Jens Tholand of Culpeper, formerly of Rappahannock County was recently awarded the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation by the Realtors Land Institute, National President, Mrs. Barbara Shaw-Douglas.
The award, a highly acclaimed achievement in the real estate industry, was announced at the Realtors Land Institute’s 1997 mid year meeting, held in conjunction with the National Association of Realtors in Washington, D.C.
Jens Tholand was honored by the RLI Board of Governors upon recommendation of the Designation Committee, as a member of a select group of real estate practitioners who has established his expertise and experience in the area of land brokerage.
