The board approved a special use permit for a division of a 30 acre parcel of property from the Jordan River Farm by C.L. Koral and Miriam Harris. The approval was made for that one lot with the stipulation that 20 feet be dedicated to road frontage.
The application by Patricia Saltonstall for a boundary adjustment to separate to 10 acre lots and join the merge the remaining 25 acres into Points of View Farm was approved.
