Paul Poling of Amissville is a familiar face in the halls of state government. Representing the Rappahannock County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association (RCVFRA), he is the organization’s eyes and ears on legislative and proponent committees in Richmond.
Laws affecting firefighters and rescue workers range from legislation concerning standard operation of the vehicles, stations, and safety equipment, to firefighter benefits and compensation, to criminal acts, such as false alarms, 'impersonating public safety personnel, committing arson, or bombings.
