Haught
From page A1
Haught learned of the incident from one of the juveniles and they testified that she said she’d help them get rid of the evidence.
She took the items to her house. From there, she took almost all the items to the Rappahannock River and threw them in.
The Rappahannock Sheriff’s Office was closely pursuing the case and one of the juveniles confessed when brought in. He then cooperated with police in their investigation of the incident which led them to Haught’s residence. They then obtained permission to search Haught’s residence where they found some of the stolen items.
