Funeral services were held on Friday, Nov. 7 at Moser Funeral Home Chapel in Warrenton with Rev. Angus McDonald officiating. Interment was in Midland Cemetery.

Marion Gilbert Scott, 66, of Culpeper, died on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Scott was born April 23, 1931 in Rappahannock County . to the late Clarence D. and Bert C. Scott.
Scott graduated from Rappahannock County High School where he was the treasurer of the Student Council Association, President of the Future Business Leaders of American and a member of the basketball team.
He was a veteran of the • United States Army and received a four year I.C.S. degree from the Department of Transportation.
He recently retired as General Superintendent and estimator for Branscome Construction in Woodbridge.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Corine “Pete” Virginia Scott; five children, Sally Maria Hodge and her daughter Kristin Maria Hodge, both of Culpeper; Patricia Ann Weakley and her husband David and their son Tristan Randall Weakley of Culpeper; Debra Lynn O’Connor and her • husband Michael and their children, Cynthia Lynn, Megan Cecelia and Kailtin Michelle of Culpeper; Marion Kyle Scott and wife Rachelle and children, Cameron Kyle, Adrian Everett and Brandon Shawn Scott of Culpeper and Connie Ray Scott of Winchester and children Stacey Ann and Blake Ryan Scott, both of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include three brothers Eulis Scott and Ray Scott, both of Culpeper and John Scott of Front Royal and two sisters Gail Doggett and Joan Roberts, both of Culpeper.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Nov. 8 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Sanford Martin. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery.
