She was born Aug. 22, 1995 in Culpeper.
Survivors include her father J.R. Holmes Jr.; her mother Teresa Clate Holmes, both of Mineral; two sisters Jennifer Lynne Holmes of Charlottesville and Ashley Nicole Jenkins of Mineral and one brother Jonathan Michael Jenkins of Mineral.
Also surviving are maternal grandparents Clifford E. and Ann P. Clate Sr. of Amissville; paternal grandparents Joseph Alton Holmes
