A hearty congratulations to the staff of The Rapport, the Rappahannock County High School newspaper, which just won a first place award from the Virginia High School League for the general excellence of their paper. The motivation, dedication and steadfast determination to produce a superior product has been deservedly rewarded. A big hand also for the impressive guidance of adviser Cindy Cumins. An outstanding achievement for all involved.
