Last Thursday Cornell William Brooks, Democratic candidate for Congress for the 10th Congressional District, made a sweeping tour of Rappahannock County, visiting businesses, restaurants and finishing the day by giving a talk at the Bethel Baptist Church in Amissville, where a reception packed by Rappahannock citizens, followed.
