Farmer's Association plans dance
The Rappahannock Farmer’s Association will sponsor a dance on July 25 from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Rappahannock Elementary School. All types of music will be provided by: Wrights Big Band. The event will be casual dress and $10 charge per person. Children are welcome, under 12 years of age admission is free. A free swing lesson is included and refreshments will be served. Proceeds will benefit local Rappahannock youth causes. For more information contact Lindsay or Heidi Eastham at 675-3444.
Neiv Yoga classes to begin
Open yoga classes for students at all levels, beginners and experienced, are being offered Monday and Wednesday nights. Hatha Yoga focuses the breath and tones the muscles and joints through stretching, to simultaneously calm and energize the mind and body. Classes will be held at 7 p.m. at Stepping Out Studio, above the Training Zone gym on Main Street in Culpeper. July 16: Yoga at 9:30 a.m.; Therapeutic Massage from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.July 17: Voice Analysis from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Health Options Counseling from 1 to 5 p.m. and Nutritional Counseling from 4 to 8 p.m. July 18: Therapeutic Massage.
July 20: Nutritional Counseling from 1 to 4 p.m. and Yoga at 5 p.m. July 21: Voice Analysis from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Solution Focused Counseling from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
July 22: Herb Clinic from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Solution Focused Counseling from 5 to 9 p.m.
