Rappahannock News Staff Writer
The Grand Jury handed down two true bills against Jesse Earl Pond III Monday in Rappahannock Circuit Court.
Pond was indicted for possession of cocaine and drinking while driving. Pond’s attorney, Frank Reynolds will file a suppression motion by Aug. 6 and a trial date will be set after that. Pond continues to be at liberty on bond.
Russell Purcell Martin, in court on charges of manufacturing, selling or distributing a controlled substance, will face £ jury trial at the request of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, on Sept. 18.
