Will Norman, a fourth grade student at Rappahannock County Elementary School was named to the All-A Honor Roll for the school year 1997-98. He received a certificate at the year end ceremony at RCES in honor of the achievement. Norman was a student in Mrs. Vickers fourth grade class.
