I am writing on behalf of a
number of Rappahannock residents who knew and cared about Ethel Mae Foster.
We were all disturbed by a couple of statements in your reporting of her recent tragic fatal accident. The report led the reader to feel that Ethel was the responsible and even irresponsible party, in this case, rather than the innocent victim.
