Swindler is president of the company and he runs Beech Spring Fruit Stand. He carries fruit, baskets and a variety of gourmet jams and jellies.

Son Jimmy is the general manager of the retail store and supervisor for inventory. Phyllis and daughter Natalie are buyers for the store. Natalie has taken over the displays and daughter Sara helps select items for the store.

The store is filled with hundreds of country craft items including ceramics, hand-made quilts, birdhouses and clothing. Also an abundant supply of jams, jellies, honey, country hams and fresh fruit line the shelves. This spring the Swindlers added hand-dipped ice cream and they plan to add an awning over a deck so the customers can enjoy the view of the mountains as they savor their ice cream,.

The business is now operated more by Jimmy and Natalie as by their parents. He and Natalie are in charge of a new direct mailing to selected customers. He said he would like to send out 30,000 to 50,000 direct mailings for imported
