Swindler is president of the company and he runs Beech Spring Fruit Stand. He carries fruit, baskets and a variety of gourmet jams and jellies.
Son Jimmy is the general manager of the retail store and supervisor for inventory. Phyllis and daughter Natalie are buyers for the store. Natalie has taken over the displays and daughter Sara helps select items for the store.
The store is filled with hundreds of country craft items including ceramics, hand-made quilts, birdhouses and clothing.
