July the Fourth was such a

wonderful event that I want to be part of those thanking those who worked so hard on it. Charlie Tompkins and Ellen Manson co-chaired the RAAC committee that led the work.

As I understand it, Charlie was responsible for support of the street fair, Ellen was joined by Sally Morgan and Beverly Atkins for program planning, Frank Reynolds handled the parking, Bob Metcalf dealt with logistics from rope offs to porta-potties, Mary Ann Kuhn did the publicity, and Louise van Dort took care of the treasury and of course arranged those awesome fireworks.
