Rappahannock News Staff Writer , , County schools have seven foreign students among their ranks for the 1999-2000 school year. Four of these students came to Rappahannock County through the Youth For Understanding (Y.F.U.) program.
Three foreign exchange students are attending Wakefield Country Day School, including one new person. Anja Stoelzel, from Dresden, Germany, is an eleventh-grader at the school. She is staying with Peter, Sharon, Ben and Christina Luke in Sperryville.
Wakefield has two other foreign exchange students who are not with the Y.F.U. program. , Jung-Min Lee from Korea is in twelfth grade, and is in his fourth year at the school. Yenan Boya from Benin, in west Africa, is also in twelfth grade. He is in his second year at Wakefield Country Day.
Rappahannock High School has four foreign exchange students, all seniors, among its student body. Volkmar Lehmann of Scharfenberg, . Germany is staying with Molly, Jennings and Berkley Hobson of Washington. He runs on the Cross-Country team.
