A fight involving approximately 50 people was reported in the parking lot of Blue Mooh Cafe around 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 3. Sheriff’s deputies from Rappahannock, Culpeper and Fauquier Counties responded. When they arrived, the fight had broken up and the crowd had dispersed. Five local residents have been served “stay-away” notices,” banning them from coming back to the restaurant.
