Region B is also one of the toughest in the state. Gillespie, however, likes his team’s chances. He added “the key is to get out of the regionals. We have the ability to do that.”
In addition to Yowell, Gillespie looks for Alyssa Berry, Rachel Sharp, Berkeley Hobson and Sara Opseth to be his team’s top female runners. Among the male runners, he is looking for strong seasons from Williams, Matt Wolfe, Chad Heddleston and Phillip Thomas.
