Must meet the following requirements: Have knowledge of social work principles and practices; knowledge of social, economic, and health problems that face individuals; ability to exchange information orally; ability to make and implement case decisions; ability to assess strengths and needs; ability to respond to clients' emotions; ability to plar and manage work, with supervision, own work activities; ability to write; and ability to interpret laws, policies and regulations.'
