PEC, and pushed for a PEC presentation on its proposed effort at the full Council’s July meeting—and ' not at a Wastewater Study Committee meeting. Mayor Willis agreed with Mrs. Viguerie, both in terms of PEC’s involvement, and their involvement directly with the Town Council.
Council member Reinhardt Lynch, Mr. Tompkins, and resident Peter Kramer all agreed that PEC should be involved, but all expressed the opinion that they should be involved through the Committee and not directly with the Town Council.
Mrs. Viguerie forwarded a motion to “have PEC make a presentation at the July (Town Council) meeting,” and asked, “Is there a second?” There was no second to the motion, and Mr. Tompkins will schedule a Wastewater Study Committee meeting for July, at which
