This year’s Fourth of July celebration, “Festival 2000,” has become a county event and one of its features, the Festival 2000 Rappahannock Parade, is growing. The Festival 2000 Parade will begin at 5 p.m. and will circle the town.
The parade will be led by the RCHS Band, drum major Andrew Clinedinst with Lynn Fournier, band director and will feature antique cars, County and Town officials, scouts, athletes, fire and rescue squads, wagons, and many Rappahannock surprises.
