Is Spring really here or is this the quiet before the storm?
On March 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Junior Girl Scouts from Troop #2329 will be at Mayhugh’s Store selling Girl Scout Cookies. Get there early if you are a Thin Mint fan, they will be going fast I’m sure.
New cookies this year are the Shortbreads with chocolate on the backs. I had a box of these, the operative word being had; they were very good. Help the local Girl Scout Troop.
Congratulations are extended to Brian Taylor who placed third in the Annual Bland Contest, hosted by the Lion’s Club. Brian played a solo on the Drum Set for the contest.
