On April 28, the Starfish Mentoring Program will host its first Mentor Retreat, which will provide ongoing support and training to adults now mentoring young people in Rappahannock County.
Still in its planning stages, this retreat will gather together a group of consultants to encourage and enrich the mentoring experiences of these energetic and committed people, who have been meeting with their young person on a regular basis over the past few years.
This opportunity is the latest in a series of programs provided by the Starfish program, begun as a seed in the dreams of separate individuals and brought to fruition
