Fauquier Hospital is an acute care hospital located approximately 40 miles from Washington, DC. and within easy driving distance from Charlottesville. Fredericksburg, and Winchester, Virginia.
An entry level full-time position is available in the Engineering Department. This position is knowledgeable and performs general maintenance to the hospital's critical utility systems. Operational duties include performing repairs, preventative maintenance, record keeping and troubleshooting utilizing a variety of skills associated with the general maintenance field. Ability to operate computer and performs rounds tour of equipment, and keep accurate records. Individual will assist senior mechanics with repairs. Ability to perform tasks without immediate supervision.
