The assorted whining and carping about Florida would be amusing if it did not ignore vote count subversions perpetrated and attempted by Mr. Gore and his henchmen. (The fact that Florida in the same election, Florida elected/reelected 15 Republican representatives to only eight Democrats suggests that some Gore ploys were successful or at least undiscovered).
