That this casual attitude is alive and well in Florida is demonstrated by the remark of a 90 year old woman in Duval County who is described in a Wall Street Journal editorial as having voted twice and being proud of it. “If I had voted a half-dozen times, I would have voted every time for A1 Gore,” she said
If being offended by that kind of behavior marks me as obsessed, so be it. I’ll call it whenever I see it. It beats trying to sell the idea that not every legitimate vote was counted. It was, and recounted and recounted and recounted again.
As far as feeling good about the election results is concerned - fellas, my side won. When was the last time the Democrats went into mourning after winning an election?
