The Amissville Bethel Baptist Church will have a full Gospel Concert on July 22 at 3 p.m. The group, “The Trumpet Kings” out of Maryland will be putting on a great performance. As always dinner will be served immediately after the morning service. The Rev. Forrest Freeman and the Honorable Edward L. King invite all to attend. The church deacons are the sponsors for this free event and proceeds will benefit the church.
The Amissville Baptist Church would like to thank all the families that brought their children to Vacation Bible School. We had over 180 adults and children registered, with an average daily attendance of 145. The children had a great time and they all learned that we are all a part of God’s family. Thank you to the entire volunteer group and to those who brought in snacks for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed
